We are committed to supporting sustainable economic growth, meeting the demand of new housing development.
This £2million project will see over a mile of new water main installed to provide a reliant and resilient supply to customers in an area of North Glasgow where over 5,000 new properties are being built or planned.

What We Are Doing
The project involves upgrading key pieces of infrastructure and installing over 1600 metres of new, upgraded water main in Springburn and Robroyston in Glasgow. More details on each phase of the project can be found below.

This is an important project to facilitate the growth of new housing in the area - particularly in Robroyston – that will ensure the reliance and resilience of the water supply to customers.
